Using the garden as a space for relaxation is natural. Elevate your rest to a new level by choosing a wooden garden tub and enjoy the beneficial effects of hot baths. Our wooden hot tubs or spa baths are made to order, giving customers the ability to configure the product to their own preferences - from the type and model of the heater, through the type of cladding, the liner color, the massage system, LED lighting, to many other parameters. Below you can find a description of the individual options, and if you have any questions or doubts - please contact us, we will be happy to provide all information and help you choose this exceptional product.

Wooden Tub with Built-in or External Heater

An external heater offers more freedom inside the tub, as there are no intrusive elements inside, thus providing more space when we need to accommodate more people. However, the external heater will occupy space next to the tub, but it is also simpler to service and can be placed outside of a shelter if we want our tub to be under a roof.

Liner Color and Type

Several colors and two types of tub liners are available. The color choice is free of charge, while the liner type affects the price. The liner color also depends on the material we choose: fiberglass or acrylic.

Standard Liner

Fiberglass liner is a more economical version, but it's important to remember that it also lacks insulation on the outside, so the water will heat up slightly slower, and the water in the tub will cool down faster. Therefore, if we want to use the tub in cold weather, we also recommend choosing the option of additional bottom insulation.

Acrylic Liner

Acrylic is one of the best materials used for the production of spa baths and hot tubs. It does not lose color and even after many years of use looks like new. It is characterized by high resistance to prolonged contact with hot water and chemicals used in pools. This technology has been used in American spa baths for years. Thanks to the durability of the raw material used, the tub will last a long time, offering comfortable and relaxing baths. One of the biggest advantages is that the liners have closed-cell foam insulation – additional bottom insulation is not necessary – saving money. The liner has factory-made indentations for jets and seating places.

SPA Massage

This is, in our opinion, the most important option in a wooden tub or hot tub. Massage with water jets from 8 nozzles powered by a high-power 1.1kW motor, or perhaps a massage with classic bubbles from as many as 12 nozzles and a 0.7kW motor? You choose. But in our opinion, relaxation must be absolute and the best solution, according to us, is the FULL option, meaning a combination of water jet massage and bubble massage. No one will want to leave the tub. We guarantee it. Unless it's a cat =).

LED Lighting

An absolutely visual option. It doesn't heat, it doesn't massage, but it pleases the eye. And nothing more. Completely nothing. But, how pretty it is and what atmosphere it creates. A sea eye at night without a moon isn't much different from any other lake, so 10 mini LEDs with an 8-color palette will be just right to create a wow effect!

Thermal Insulation Cover for the Tub

The standard equipment includes a polyester cover that is as much as 10cm thick, which also provides faster water heating and slower cooling. Savings? Savings. Is it worth it? It's worth it. That's why it's standard for us. The cover is attached to the tub with buckle straps, and thanks to its construction, we can open only half without removing the entire cover, if needed.

Cladding Impregnation Color

By default, the wood around the tub is impregnated with one layer of colorless impregnation, which also sufficiently protects the wood. But if you want to change the color or additionally impregnate it, you can choose from a palette of impregnations.

Thermowood Cladding

The tub cladding is also available in a version made of thermowood. This means we replace the standard spruce siding with a version of thermally modified wood, so-called thermowood. This will certainly be a good choice with a number of advantages:

✓ Resistance to External Factors
✓ Durability and Stability
✓ Protection Against Fungi and Microorganisms
✓ Eco-Friendliness
✓ Premium Aesthetics and Elegance

Stainless Steel Hoops

They are not included in the basic equipment, but they will add a nice look by fastening the wooden elements together.

Additional Bottom Insulation

A good thing, just like a thicker thermal insulation cover. It won't allow heat to escape, so the water will heat up faster and cool down slower. A very useful option that will save time and money. The tub will be insulated with PUR foam.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the waiting time from the moment of order?

If a model with a specific configuration is available in stock, we organize such delivery within 3-15 days, and self-collection will be possible even 3 days after payment. In other cases, the lead time usually does not exceed 21 days.

How often should the wooden elements of the tub be impregnated and are they pre-impregnated?

We recommend impregnation at least once a year to maintain wood protection. The wood is already pre-impregnated with oil or an additional colored impregnate if this option was selected, so re-impregnation can be done one year after purchase. Tub elements made of thermowood may not be impregnated as thermowood is resistant to moisture, but to maintain the color, colored impregnate or colorless oil can be used. Read more about Thermo in this article.

How many people does the tub hold?

A tub of this size is usually designed for 6-8 people, but it depends on one's own sense of comfort or user preferences. Profiled liners already have designated seating for 6 people.

How long does it take to heat the tub with a wood-burning heater?

It depends on the type of wood and the outside temperature, insulated bottom or cover, but it usually takes a few hours.

Is this tub suitable for placing on a trailer and using in any location?

Absolutely. It just needs to be properly mounted. For transporting the tub, we recommend trailers with brakes and a width of at least 200cm. The trailer's DMC is best to be 1000kg+. This is also an excellent business idea, as such mobile SPAs are increasingly ordered for various events. Read more about outfitting trailers for saunas or tubs in our Compendium.

Does the tub have a warranty?

Yes, the tub as well as other elements (heater, lighting, sound system) have a 12-month warranty.

Okay, I'm ordering, but: How should I prepare the base? How to light the heater for the first time?

Basic information about using the sauna and tub and the first steps can be found in the Compendium section on our website, as well as in the guides provided with the purchase: "I Have My Own Sauna!" and "I Have My Own Tub!"

I still have questions and doubts: what is the right tub size for me? Electric heater or wood-burning? How to save on transport?

Purchasing a sauna or a Spa Bath is a serious step that requires a decision without lingering doubts. Unfortunately, we cannot answer all questions here, but we can answer each one individually and provide advice for each specific situation. Contact us - we will answer and advise.
