Terms and Conditions of the ownspa.eu Online Store

1. Company Information

The OwnSpa.eu online store is operated by OWN SPA Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Portofino 10/95, 02-764 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 5214113282.

The personal pickup warehouse is located at: ul. Warszawska 9, 05-075 Warsaw, Poland. Warehouse opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

All prices shown in the store are gross prices (include 23% VAT).

2. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the OwnSpa.eu online store, including placing orders, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, returns, and complaints.

A customer of the store can be any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity.

Placing an order in the store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the OwnSpa.eu website.

The customer is obliged to provide true and accurate contact and address details.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation to the provided email address.

4. Payments

The store accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Bank transfer,

  • Electronic payments (e.g., card, online payments),

  • Cash on delivery (upon pickup by the courier, if available for the order).

Payment for the order must be made within 3 business days of the order date, unless otherwise agreed.

For B2B purchases (invoice with VAT ID):

  • Company details and VAT ID (NIP) must be provided before payment.

  • Payment must be made in full when placing the order.

  • Payment for the order is synonymous with acceptance of these Terms.

5. Delivery

Ordered products are delivered via courier companies, our own transport, or can be picked up personally at our warehouse at ul. Warszawska 9, 05-075 Warsaw (with prior notice of at least 24 hours before pickup).

Important Delivery Terms:

  • The recipient is obliged to ensure unloading on site at the time agreed with the delivery provider, except for unloading organized by the provider.

  • If the recipient fails to provide the possibility of unloading at the agreed time, they will be obliged to cover the cost of transport.

  • The time allocated for unloading is 60 minutes; in case of delays, the waiting cost is 50 €/hour.

  • If the site is not prepared for unloading, the recipient will bear the costs of ground preparation or transport services.

  • The recipient must notify us of any local access difficulties to the unloading site during order placement (e.g., unpaved terrain, road clearances narrower than 3.5m, obstacles hanging lower than 4m, etc.). Lack of such information will result in a rescheduled unloading date, a change of method, and an additional cost for a so-called "empty run."

Delivery costs are indicated during the checkout process.

6. Order Processing Time

The estimated order processing time is provided in the product description or communicated via phone/email and is counted from the moment the payment is credited.

  • Delivery time (without assembly/personalization): 3-14 business days for in-stock items. For made-to-order items: from 30 days.

  • Delivery with accessory assembly: Up to 7 business days for in-stock items. For made-to-order items: from 90 days.

  • Delivery with on-site assembly: 5-15 business days for in-stock items. For made-to-order items: from 90 days.

7. Return Policy

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Products made to the customer's individual order,

  • Products modified according to the customer's request (e.g., custom-configured saunas, jacuzzis, etc.).

To make a return, the customer should:

  • Fill out the return form (available on the store's website),

  • Return the product in an unused condition, in its original packaging, to the warehouse address.

The customer bears the cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Complaints

If a product defect is found, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years of the purchase date.

Complaints should be submitted by sending a complaint form via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by post to the company's address.

The store will review the complaint within 14 business days of receiving it.

9. Order Cancellation

If the payment is not credited within the specified period, the order will be canceled. Re-placing the order does not guarantee the original offer price or product availability.

Order cancellation must be reported in writing or via email. In the event of cancellation, regardless of the timing, the refund of the deposit will be made after deducting the costs of assembly services and materials used for products made according to the customer's specifications.

10. Personal Data Protection

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

The customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.

11. Final Provisions

For matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

The store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect on the day of their publication on the store's website.
